01. The Fandrz Passport Membership
By registering a Fan Passport subscription, you explicitly authorize a recurring charge of **$5.99 CAD/month**. This allocation operates on a user-centric streaming model: 80% ($4.79) is pooled dynamically to the specific independent artist profiles you stream or anchor during each distinct billing cycle. Fandrz retains a flat 20% infrastructure operating fee ($1.20).
02. Loyalty Reward Limits & Safeguards
The Fandrz ecosystem allows users to lower their subscription costs via real-world or digital band support interactions up to a **10% maximum total deduction per month** ($0.60 total statement offset). This cap is strictly limited to one verified 5% Live Concert Scan and one verified 5% Merchandise Purchase Scan per month. Exploitation or artificial replication of scanning links will lead to immediate passport termination.
03. Intellectual Property & Vault Licensing
Artists uploading multi-track mixes into the secure AWS S3 Vault retain 100% full, uncompromised copyright ownership of their master recordings. By hosting content on Fandrz, the artist grants the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide streaming license strictly limited to facilitating application playback for authenticated platform passport holders.
04. Platform Bounds & System Abuse
To defend global platform stability, users are bounded to hard tracking limitations. Accounts are restricted to a maximum threshold of **20 personalized audio playlists** and a volume of **100 asset tracking pointers per playlist**. Any attempts to compromise streaming files via script injections or automated ripping routines will trigger permanent protocol bans.
